Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as Server Shift – Pelayanan Pelanggan Shift. This position is integral to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of our hospitality brand. The role is full‑time, operating on a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with on‑site accommodation provided for staff working the full‑shift roster.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, guiding them to their tables while presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams, and ensure timely delivery to the guest.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and monitoring stock of utensils and condiments.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints on the spot, escalating more complex issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to communicate service feedback and operational updates.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including regular hand‑washing, proper food handling, and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Assist in inventory checks, reporting low stock levels of beverages, napkins, and other service supplies.
- Demonstrate flexibility by covering additional shifts or assisting in other dining areas during peak periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred, though all genders may apply.
- Unmarried status (single) is a preferred condition for accommodation logistics.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, able to stand for extended periods and handle the fast‑paced environment of food & beverage service.
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Not currently enrolled in academic studies or employed elsewhere, ensuring full availability for the shift schedule.
- Willingness to work full‑shift rotations and stay in provided mess facilities when required.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, with a focus on courteous guest interaction.
