Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Lending Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Semarang. This role focuses on the acquisition and sales of mortgage financing (KPR) products, driving loan disbursement volumes while cultivating strong partnerships with real‑estate agents, developers, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a solid foundation in sales, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of banking prudential standards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire prospective borrowers for mortgage financing through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real‑estate agencies, property developers, and other referral partners to generate a steady pipeline of qualified loan applications.
  • Guide applicants through the end‑to‑end loan process, including pre‑qualification, documentation collection, credit analysis coordination, and final approval.
  • Prepare and present tailored financing proposals that align with the bank’s risk appetite and the borrower’s repayment capacity.
  • Ensure all loan submissions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and the bank’s prudential risk‑management framework.
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as number of applications submitted, conversion rates, and loan disbursement amounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with credit officers, legal, and underwriting teams to resolve issues and accelerate the credit approval cycle.
  • Participate in market research to stay informed about competitive mortgage products, interest‑rate trends, and regulatory changes that may affect product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis and audit purposes.
  • Provide post‑disbursement support, addressing borrower inquiries and fostering long‑term client relationships that may lead to cross‑selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably from a top‑accredited university.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, mortgage lending, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess creditworthiness and explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with diverse client segments.
  • Goal‑driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal transportation (motorcycle or car) are highly desirable for field visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic financial modeling.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
