Introduction
The Cleaning Service Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our professional cleaning division, ensuring that all client locations receive the highest standards of hygiene and service. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented woman who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing both daytime and night‑time shifts, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for operational planning, staff supervision, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within our growing cleaning services business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain shift schedules for cleaning personnel, guaranteeing coverage for day, night, weekend, and holiday operations.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate a team of cleaners, fostering a culture of reliability, professionalism, and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that cleaning standards, health regulations, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and personal protective gear, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports that track productivity, incident logs, and cost metrics for senior management.
- Implement training programs on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and workplace safety, especially for new hires.
- Address client feedback promptly, resolving any service issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to control operating expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead emergency response actions for incidents such as spills, equipment failures, or health hazards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (non‑hijab) as specified by client requirements.
- Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to commercial cleaning.
- Physical stamina to conduct site inspections and assist with cleaning tasks when necessary.
