Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in a modern office environment where efficiency, professionalism, and a customer‑focused attitude are essential. The role is open to candidates of any gender, with specific age considerations for men and women, and offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, mail distribution, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of contracts, invoices, and personnel records.
  • Prepare, proofread, and circulate internal communications, reports, and presentations in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and external appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense logging, invoice processing, and petty‑cash reconciliation.
  • Support the procurement process by tracking inventory, ordering office supplies, and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist senior management with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations; possessing a valid driver’s license is a valuable plus.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and emails, providing information or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Implement and uphold company policies related to health, safety, and data protection.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating honesty, discipline, and accountability, especially during high‑pressure periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age limit:
    • Female candidates: up to 30 years old.
    • Male candidates: up to 40 years old.

  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English are preferred.
