Responsibilities
As a retail crew member, you will be the face of our brand and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked and tidy.
- Assisting with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and updating stock records in the store management system.
- Identifying customer needs, upselling complementary products, and promoting ongoing promotions.
- Resolving minor customer complaints promptly and escalating more complex issues to the supervisor.
- Participating in regular team meetings, training sessions, and store audits.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and loss‑prevention procedures.
Requirements

- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English).
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and willingness to learn new systems.
