Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, greeting customers, answering product inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise displays are tidy and stocked.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, balance cash drawers, and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records, and notifying supervisors of low‑stock items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and food preparation staff when required, especially if you have prior experience in a restaurant or café setting.
- Support promotional activities, such as upselling seasonal products, applying discounts, and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Adhere to company policies on hygiene, safety, and security, including proper handling of cash and confidential customer data.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, POS system updates, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- Residence: South Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food‑service environment; experience in kitchen operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with cashier systems (Sistem Kasir) and basic computer skills.
- Strong personal attributes: disciplined, honest, polite, friendly, healthy, clean, communicative, and responsible.
