Introduction
BCA Finance is seeking a proactive Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our team at the Purwokerto branch. This field‑based role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely repayment of overdue accounts. As a critical member of our Collections Department, you will represent BCA Finance’s commitment to professional, courteous, and compliant debt recovery practices in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022). Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminder calls to customers whose payments are past due, delivering clear and persuasive messages while preserving a respectful tone.
- Plan and execute on‑site visits to customers in the Purwokerto area to assess payment capabilities, discuss repayment options, and negotiate settlements.
- Observe and document customer behavior and payment patterns, providing detailed analysis to senior collection managers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including call logs, visit reports, and payment confirmations, in compliance with BCA Finance’s data‑privacy policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit Risk, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve complex cases and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify early warning signs of potential delinquency and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risk.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory updates, negotiation techniques, and effective use of collection software.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics, including contact rates, promised‑to‑pay (PTP) agreements, and collection effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the financial services sector.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal motorcycle for field travel.
- Residency within Purwokerto and surrounding areas to ensure quick response times for on‑site visits.
- Excellent analytical ability to assess customer financial situations and devise realistic repayment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
- High level of integrity and adherence to data‑protection regulations; candidates must consent to the use of their personal data for recruitment purposes.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
