Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Retail dan Distribusi to lead our retail and distribution operations in the BSD Intermoda area of Tangerang Selatan. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with hands‑on retail experience, ensuring that our product flow, store performance, and customer satisfaction consistently exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for retail outlets and distribution channels to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods to stores and managing relationships with third‑party carriers.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates, floor managers, and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
- Handle key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and resolve escalated service issues promptly.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan promotional events, in‑store activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, transportation permits, and health standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred, aged 25 years or older.
- Resides in Tangerang Selatan or surrounding areas (placement at BSD Intermoda).
- Valid SIM A (motor vehicle driver’s license) is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail and distribution management.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and meet targets, with strong negotiation skills.
- Personal qualities: disciplined, courteous, friendly, clean, healthy, honest, communicative, and responsible.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software) and data analysis.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
