Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Collector to join our dynamic team covering the Tabanan area of Bali. This role is critical to our finance and customer service operations, as you will be the front‑line representative responsible for securing timely payments from our valued customers while maintaining strong, professional relationships. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, and will have the flexibility to manage their own route within the Kabupaten Tabanan region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for debt collection and payment reminders.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes with professionalism and empathy.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly visitation reports, including payment status and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or irregularities observed during field activities.
- Provide suggestions for route optimization and area mapping to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational needs.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in collections, credit control, or related field work.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian SIM C.
- Deep familiarity with the geography, neighborhoods, and cultural nuances of Kabupaten Tabanan.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to persuade while maintaining respect.
- Analytical mindset to assess payment patterns and propose actionable solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle physical demands of field work.
