Introduction
PT. Nusantara Logistik is expanding its fleet of delivery professionals in the Bojonegoro region and is looking for a dedicated Professional Driver (Pengemudi Profesional) to join our dynamic distribution team. This role is essential for ensuring that our products reach retail outlets safely, on time, and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to navigate both urban and rural routes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough pre‑operational inspection of the vehicle each day, checking brakes, lights, fluid levels, and tire pressure.
- Verify that all goods are correctly loaded, secured, and matched with the delivery manifest before departure.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, using GPS and outlet mapping skills to minimise travel time and fuel consumption.
- Deliver products to assigned retail stores, ensuring proper handling and adherence to customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including signatures, timestamps, and any incident reports.
- Handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil checks, cleaning, and reporting larger repair needs to the fleet manager.
- Operate the vehicle without a helper, demonstrating strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Represent the company professionally during interactions with store managers, customers, and external partners.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute ideas for improving route efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 21 and 35 years.
- Active SIM B1 (commercial driver’s licence) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or distribution.
- Ability to quickly map outlets and understand product specifications.
- Strong physical stamina to load and unload goods without assistance.
- Excellent communication skills and a courteous, customer‑focused attitude.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility for vehicle and cargo safety.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checks.
