Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Supervisor Operasional Spa & Galeri to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is the linchpin that ensures the seamless daily operation of both our luxurious spa facilities and the adjoining art gallery. The ideal candidate will blend a keen eye for detail with a guest‑centric mindset, creating an environment where relaxation, culture, and exceptional service intersect. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and includes shift work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and gallery, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for guest arrival.
- Coordinate scheduling for therapists, artists, and support staff, balancing peak guest traffic with staff availability.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products, linens, and gallery supplies, placing orders and managing vendor relationships.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations specific to both spa treatments and art exhibition standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for enhanced satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on service protocols, product knowledge, and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement promotional packages that integrate spa services with gallery events to boost cross‑selling opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, revenue per available treatment, and visitor traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design visual displays, seasonal themes, and special exhibitions that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Ensure all staff adhere to a professional, disciplined, and well‑groomed appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in spa operations, hospitality, or gallery management.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated guest‑oriented service mindset with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, disciplined work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
