Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Operate and monitor fire safety equipment, including APAR (portable fire extinguishers), and adhere to security procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in shift handovers, documenting any incidents, maintenance needs, or special requests.
- Uphold the company’s grooming standards, wear the prescribed uniform, and present a polished appearance at all times.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas for service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Perform basic security checks and ensure the premises are secure before and after each shift.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama (security guard) certificate.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic security measures and proper use of APAR.
- Well‑groomed, disciplined, and able to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Strong teamwork capabilities with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
- Preference given to candidates residing in or near Pemalang.
