Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and disciplined individuals to join our dynamic Food and Beverage Service team in Pemalang. As a Service Makanan dan Minuman professional, you will be the face of our hospitality brand, delivering exceptional service to guests while ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Operate and monitor fire safety equipment, including APAR (portable fire extinguishers), and adhere to security procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in shift handovers, documenting any incidents, maintenance needs, or special requests.
  • Uphold the company’s grooming standards, wear the prescribed uniform, and present a polished appearance at all times.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas for service improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Perform basic security checks and ensure the premises are secure before and after each shift.

Requirements

  • Male, maximum age 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar food and beverage role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid Gada Pratama (security guard) certificate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic security measures and proper use of APAR.
  • Well‑groomed, disciplined, and able to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
  • Preference given to candidates residing in or near Pemalang.
