Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, answer basic inquiries about the menu, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including regular sanitisation of the register, receipt printer, and surrounding surfaces.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, promptly reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and to resolve any order‑related issues that may arise.
- Assist in stocking and rotating inventory for front‑of‑house supplies such as napkins, condiments, and take‑away containers.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the manager while striving for immediate resolution.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback on operational improvements, and support team members during peak periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper cash handling protocols and fraud prevention measures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency with cash register systems and familiarity with POS software (experience with “Sistem Kasir” is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- For managerial positions: a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) and proven experience in the F&B or restaurant sector.
