Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Tim Helper – Operational Support and Team Coordination to join our dynamic production team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while developing valuable coordination and logistics skills. The role involves supporting daily production activities, ensuring timely deliveries to our branch network, and assisting with procurement of essential raw materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily production workflow, including preparation and monitoring of oven operations to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Coordinate the transportation of finished goods to various branch locations, ensuring on‑time delivery and proper handling.
- Support the purchasing team by sourcing and acquiring necessary raw materials, keeping inventory levels optimal.
- Maintain and prepare a company‑provided motorbike for delivery and procurement tasks, performing routine checks for safety and compliance.
- Document production outputs, delivery logs, and inventory movements using the store management system.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and branch managers to resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Uphold company standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and workplace safety in all activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders (the original posting notes “Pria” but we welcome all qualified applicants).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ability to operate a motorbike.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a commitment to integrity and ethical behavior.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management or inventory systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to handle loading, unloading, and occasional manual tasks.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
