Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all guests, clients, and employees with a courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Manage the front‑desk telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments and taking accurate messages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area, ensuring all informational materials are up‑to‑date.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and handle calendar management for senior staff.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services efficiently.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Provide visitors with necessary security badges, visitor logs, and escort them to their destinations.
  • Handle inquiries about company policies, services, and directions, offering accurate information.
  • Support emergency procedures by monitoring safety protocols and reporting any irregularities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a consistent brand experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum limit of 0 years (interpreted as no age restriction).

  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills: Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent communication abilities, basic computer literacy, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
