Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Staff Office Boy to join our team and ensure that our office environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cleanliness of office floors, corridors, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment.
- Organize and arrange office supplies, stationery, and communal spaces to ensure a tidy and functional workplace.
- Assist the kitchen or pantry staff in preparing traditional food items, including the safe operation of high‑pressure cooking equipment.
- Monitor and replenish consumables such as coffee, tea, disposable utensils, and cleaning agents.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, separating recyclables from general trash and ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the facilities manager promptly.
- Support special events or meetings by setting up chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment as needed.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies, wearing protective gear when required and following proper cleaning protocols.
- Demonstrate courteous interaction with all employees and visitors, providing a friendly first impression of the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning efficiency and suggest eco‑friendly practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector, especially with traditional cuisine, is highly desirable.
