Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries via messaging apps, and schedule appointments using the salon’s booking system.
  • Provide basic information about services, pricing, and promotions, ensuring clients understand their options.
  • Assist stylists and therapists by preparing workstations, stocking supplies, and handling minor administrative tasks.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accurate daily sales reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the front desk, waiting area, and client‑facing spaces.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new services, product lines, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and promote loyalty programs.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflow, client experience, and overall salon ambiance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates aged 28 years or younger.
  • No prior experience required; candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a “NIAT BEKERJA” (work ethic) attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a naturally friendly, approachable personality.
  • High level of honesty, diligence, and discipline.
  • Well‑groomed appearance: clean, tidy, pleasant scent, and professional attire.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to multitask during busy periods.
  • Basic administrative skills, including proficiency with office software and point‑of‑sale systems.
