Responsibilities

- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and mobile payments, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are tidy, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Perform routine inventory checks, receive deliveries, and assist with stock replenishment using the store’s Management System.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures, reporting any incidents or irregularities promptly.
- Participate in weekly briefings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay informed about new arrivals and store initiatives.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on customer trends, stock issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this location).
- Age: 18‑26 years, single status preferred.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- No current enrollment in college or university programs.
- Residency near the outlet is highly desirable to ensure punctuality.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
