We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Supervisor Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic warehousing and logistics team. This pivotal role oversees the day‑to‑day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all inbound and outbound operations run smoothly, inventory accuracy is maintained, and safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure data integrity within the warehouse management system.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Schedule, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
- Manage shift rotations and ensure proper handover communication between teams.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, transport providers, and internal departments to optimize routing and delivery schedules.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean or Six Sigma principles.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering key metrics such as order fulfillment rate, dock-to‑stock time, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting regular audits and safety drills.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or high school equivalent (SMA) for fresh graduates.

- Willingness to work in a shift system, including early mornings or night shifts as required.
- No concurrent enrollment in an academic program.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with an aptitude for multitasking in a high‑volume setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer literacy.
- Physical ability to perform occasional lifting and moving of goods.
