Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers according to the invoice and predefined service area (rayon), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect signed delivery receipts and official stamps from recipients as proof of successful delivery.
- Accept returned merchandise from customers, complete the required return forms, and coordinate with the warehouse for processing.
- Perform hand‑over of packages with the warehouse checker, sign all transfer documents, and verify package condition before departure.
- Submit invoices, cash, or giro payments to the expedition administration department using the PBKB form, guaranteeing proper financial reconciliation.
- Prepare daily delivery reports, noting any undelivered items, delivery exceptions, or customer feedback for further action.
- Conduct routine maintenance of the delivery motorbike, including oil checks, tire pressure, and box integrity, to prevent breakdowns.
- Generate temporary vouchers and cash outflow receipts (BKK) for fuel, tolls, and parking expenses, ensuring transparent expense tracking.
- Adhere to road safety regulations, practice defensive driving, and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
- Assist in route optimization by analyzing traffic patterns and suggesting improvements to reduce delivery time and fuel consumption.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Valid and active driver’s license (SIM) appropriate for motorcycle operation.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer service and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery routes efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in goods delivery is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Good driving record and a commitment to safety while operating the delivery vehicle.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash, invoices, and expense documentation.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
