Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging delivery.
- Plan, script, and produce short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Perform basic photo and video editing using tools like Canva and CapCut to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging formats, and incorporate them into daily content plans.
- Engage with the audience in real‑time during live broadcasts, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
- Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, watch time) and generate weekly reports to inform future strategies.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all planned assets.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal development, such as online courses or workshops related to digital media.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to the legal working age limit.
- Honest, diligent, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools, specifically Canva and CapCut.
- Hands‑on experience managing personal or professional social media accounts.
- Ability to stay current with digital trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to appear on camera.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional evenings for special live events.
