Responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality espresso drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages while maintaining consistency and adhering to our standard operating procedures.
- Engage with customers, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and equipment; conduct regular stock checks and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new team members on brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social‑media content, showcasing new drinks, seasonal promotions, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to suggest menu improvements and promotional ideas.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as daily cash‑flow monitoring and preparing simple financial reports for the store manager.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3 or S1 degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of professional barista experience with proven expertise in espresso machine operation and manual brewing methods.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, roast profiles, and flavor profiling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in content creation—photography, copywriting, and basic graphic design—for social‑media platforms.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and cash‑flow management; experience in F&B finance is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with willingness to cover additional shifts as needed.
