Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our dynamic team in Cikupa. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our clients’ network infrastructure around the clock. As a key member of the NOC, you will collaborate with senior engineers, support staff, and external vendors to maintain seamless connectivity for a diverse portfolio of business and residential customers.

Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor network devices, servers, and services using industry‑standard NOC tools to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Identify, log, and resolve incidents and alerts generated by routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and detailed troubleshooting for latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the engineering and field‑service teams to schedule preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and hardware replacements.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date performance and incident reports, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards for management review.
- Analyze traffic patterns and capacity trends to recommend network optimizations, scalability plans, and cost‑effective solutions.
- Enforce security policies by monitoring for unauthorized access attempts, applying patches, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Provide Tier‑1 technical support to internal teams and end‑users, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Operate and configure a variety of networking equipment, including Mikrotik, Huawei, and Cisco routers and switches.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to critical incidents outside regular business hours to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in network operations, support, or a related IT field.
- Male candidates (as per current company policy).
- Age not exceeding 28 years.
- Proficiency with network administration tools and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, SNMP).
- Practical knowledge of Mikrotik RouterOS, Huawei eNSP, and Cisco IOS command line.
- Possession of an MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) certificate is a distinct plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a methodical approach to incident handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
- Team‑oriented mindset, capable of collaborating with cross‑functional groups and external vendors.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Cikupa and travel occasionally to data‑center sites.
