Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Waiters and Waitresses to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous demeanor.
  • Explain daily specials, menu items, and beverage options, offering knowledgeable recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
  • Accurately take food and drink orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders promptly, monitor table status, and anticipate additional guest needs.
  • Serve dishes and beverages with proper timing, ensuring presentation standards are met and maintaining a clean, organized service area.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit cards, and digital payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, reset tables efficiently after each guest, and ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints, escalating issues to management when needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen crew to sustain a harmonious shift flow and support a team‑oriented environment.
  • Participate in regular briefings, training sessions, and health‑safety audits to stay current with service standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; graduates of hospitality or culinary programs are highly regarded.
  • Age range: 18–30 years (all genders welcome).
  • At least one year of experience in food and beverage service; fresh graduates from reputable hospitality schools will also be considered.
  • Professional appearance—clean, well‑groomed, and presentable at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, courteous demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, respecting shift schedules and supporting colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of barista techniques, restaurant service etiquette, and an understanding of non‑halal menu requirements.
