Introduction
We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Service Cleaning – Professional Janitorial Solutions staff. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty and replace liners in trash and recycling containers, ensuring proper segregation according to local regulations.
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and restroom amenities, and report inventory shortages to the supervisor.
- Operate and care for cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers, carpet extractors) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct spot‑checks and deep‑cleaning activities during low‑traffic periods, including window washing, carpet shampooing, and restroom sanitization.
- Document daily work activities, incident reports, and any maintenance issues in the company’s digital log.
- Collaborate with team members to meet tight cleaning schedules, especially during peak periods such as Imlek and Lebaran holidays.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide courteous service to clients and respond promptly to special cleaning requests or emergency situations.
- Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures and quality‑control expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Valid Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) and an active bank account for payroll processing.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and specifically during Imlek and Lebaran periods as required.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
