Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist shoppers in identifying and selecting fabrics that match their needs, offering knowledgeable advice on material properties, color coordination, and current fashion trends.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: present product information, handle price negotiations, process payments, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and display areas, guaranteeing that stock is well‑presented and readily accessible.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, restock shelves, and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish popular items promptly.
- Participate actively in ongoing sales training, product workshops, and skill‑development sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with fellow sales associates and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback, address concerns promptly, and follow up to ensure long‑term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to store policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in textiles, fashion, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current fabric trends, design aesthetics, and market demands.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet sales quotas, and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and a tidy personal presentation.
- Flexible schedule: work is required Monday through Sunday, 09:00 – 17:00.
