Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Staff Crew Outlet Sales and Service to join our dynamic retail team. This position is based at one of our busy outlet locations and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be personable, trustworthy, and able to manage a variety of front‑of‑house responsibilities while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are up to date.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries, verify received goods, and manage return processes when necessary.
  • Utilize the store’s management system to record sales data, track promotional activities, and generate performance reports.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store atmosphere in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for occasional store errands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, honest, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
  • Basic proficiency with store management software and POS systems.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
