Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Pemasaran Kredit to join our expanding team in Padang. This role focuses on driving credit product sales, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and ensuring a seamless credit application process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating the fast‑paced financial services environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s credit products to existing clients and prospect new customers across various channels.
- Generate orders from distribution partners, collect initial data, and verify the completeness of customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork adheres to internal compliance standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any other critical information related to their credit agreements.
- Coordinate with the underwriting and finance teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and credit statuses using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional financial products and services, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market briefings to stay current on product features, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related financial services role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with clients.
- High level of integrity, diligence, and honesty; capable of handling confidential financial information responsibly.
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (active) for travel to client sites and dealer locations.
- Flexibility to work in accordance with the assigned domicile and travel within the Padang region as needed.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
