Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and POS system to process orders, payments, and refunds quickly and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions while maintaining strict adherence to company cash‑handling policies.
- Reconcile daily sales, prepare cash reports, and ensure all monetary discrepancies are resolved before shift end.
- Provide courteous, attentive, and professional service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items, promote daily specials, and recommend combo meals to increase average ticket size.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including regular sanitization of the POS terminal, counter, and surrounding surfaces.
- Assist with inventory checks for condiments, napkins, and other front‑of‑house supplies, reporting shortages to the shift manager.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery to guests.
- Observe and enforce all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper hand‑washing and food safety protocols.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Adhere to the company’s cultural expectations: perform the five daily prayers, remain a non‑smoker (including vaping), and exhibit exemplary moral character.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the employer).

- Experience: At least 1 year of cashier or front‑of‑house experience, preferably in a fried‑chicken restaurant.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating POS/cash register machines, handling multiple payment methods, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities; ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Personal Attributes: Good moral character, respectful demeanor, commitment to the five daily prayers, and a strict non‑smoking policy.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
