We are seeking a dedicated Juru Masak Profesional – Spesialis Persiapan Makanan to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes, ensuring flavor consistency and presentation quality.
  • Execute daily mise en place tasks, including washing, chopping, marinating, and arranging supplies for lunch and dinner service.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and report any shortages or spoilage to the head chef.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards set by local health authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow cooks, line chefs, and service staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Assist in menu development by suggesting new preparation techniques and seasonal ingredient variations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work station, performing regular deep‑cleaning duties as required.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to special dietary requests, allergens, and last‑minute menu changes.
  • Continuously improve personal culinary skills through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a S1 degree is preferred.
  • Age limit: maximum 25 years (both male and female candidates are welcome).
  • Demonstrated work ethic and genuine niat bekerja (willingness to work hard).
  • Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor when interacting with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented kitchen environment.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure, especially during high‑volume service periods.
  • Core personal traits: honesty, integrity, reliability, and disciplined work habits.
  • Practical knowledge of operating standard kitchen equipment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
