Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution serving the Greater Jakarta area, is seeking a diligent and goal‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) for our Ciledug branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) while maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the company’s reputation for integrity and service excellence. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that operates Monday through Saturday, with standard working hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with defaulters to negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and sales teams to verify account details and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, updating status codes and documenting agreements.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, preparing performance reports for senior management.
- Identify patterns of delinquency, provide insights for risk mitigation, and propose process improvements to reduce future A/R Overdue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards throughout the collection cycle.
- Support new customer onboarding by explaining payment terms and promoting responsible borrowing behaviors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: up to 31 years old.
- Gender: open to all.
- At least 1 year of experience in a collection, credit, or related financial role is a strong advantage, though entry‑level candidates with a proactive attitude are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and firmness.
- High integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and a commitment to honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collection software or CRM platforms.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Ciledug (or nearby) in accordance with domicile requirements.
