Introduction

This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of MyRepublic’s cutting‑edge Wi‑Fi services across residential and small‑business markets. As a front‑line ambassador, you will engage directly with prospective customers, showcase the value of our ultra‑reliable connectivity, and help shape the digital experience of thousands of households.

Responsibilities

  • Execute direct, face‑to‑face sales activities through door‑to‑door visits, pop‑up kiosks, and strategic location outreach.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight the speed, security, and affordability of MyRepublic Wi‑Fi packages.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads by conducting market research and prospecting in high‑potential neighborhoods.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information on service plans, pricing, and promotional offers to interested customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
  • Collect, analyze, and report sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including operations, technical support, and HR—to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Offer post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic connectivity issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, competitive positioning, and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking sales performance and customer data.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 18:00.
