Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Team Leader Gudang Sentul to manage daily operations at our distribution hub in Sentul, Kabupaten Bogor. This role is pivotal in ensuring that inbound and outbound logistics run smoothly, inventory levels remain accurate, and the warehouse team operates safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will lead a small team of administrators, helpers, pickers, and packers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Management
- Admin: Verify Purchase Orders (PO) received from suppliers, cross‑check quantities, and confirm that goods entering the hub match documentation.
- Admin: Perform quality checks, ensuring that incoming items are undamaged and properly labeled.
- Helper: Organize and store products in designated locations, adhering to warehouse layout and safety standards.
- Helper: Monitor expiration dates of perishable items, rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Outbound Operations
- Picker: Retrieve items based on the Sales Order (SO) and the corresponding PO, confirming item codes and quantities.
- Packer: Pack goods securely, perform a final verification against the SO, and ensure items are loaded according to the scheduled delivery route.
- Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate location mapping for all stocked items.
- Conduct regular system‑to‑physical stock reconciliations and update the warehouse management system (WMS) accordingly.
- Lead periodic cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise a shift‑based team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and training on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and address any hazards promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments to align warehouse activities with overall business goals.
- Operational Flexibility
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, including Saturdays, public holidays, and national holidays as required.
- Be willing to relocate to the Sentul warehouse location.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as specified by client).
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, preferably in beverage or retail distribution.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shift patterns and occasional overtime.
