Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Provider – Internet to join our rapidly growing telecommunications team in Pekanbaru. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our broadband, fiber optic, and 4G/5G services across both residential and corporate segments. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new customers through phone calls, email outreach, social media campaigns, industry events, and direct visits.
- Present and sell a portfolio of internet packages—including broadband, fiber optic, and 4G/5G solutions—customized to individual or business requirements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most appropriate service plans, bandwidth options, and value‑added features.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of product specifications, pricing structures, promotional offers, and competitive advantages.
- Educate clients on the technical benefits, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of our internet services, addressing any concerns and highlighting long‑term value.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation and technical support teams.
- Track and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, generating regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to refine messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of sales processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior sales experience required, though any background in telecommunications or retail sales is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess network performance data and translate technical specifications into customer‑friendly language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Basic understanding of internet technologies (e.g., bandwidth concepts, latency, fiber versus wireless delivery) is a plus.
