Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Crew Logistik Operasional to join our fast‑growing team in Mataram. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, from receiving goods at the warehouse to delivering them to our retail outlets and customers. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our store management system, performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and facilitate efficient picking and packing.
- Assist in the preparation of daily shipment schedules, collaborating with drivers, couriers, and third‑party logistics providers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, lead time, and stock turnover, providing reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
- Support the team during peak periods and special promotional campaigns, demonstrating flexibility and a can‑do attitude.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status, returns, and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preferably), though strong candidates of any gender will be considered.
- Age: Maximum 26 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; SMK Tata Boga (Culinary/Food Service) is highly preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or retail store management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with store management and inventory control systems.
- Core Competencies: Initiative‑driven, quick‑thinking, and capable of effective teamwork.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
