Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse or designated pickup points and deliver them to the exact address specified by the customer.
- Verify that each package is intact, properly sealed, and labeled before departure to avoid damage or misdelivery.
- Utilize GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps to plan the most efficient routes, taking traffic patterns and road conditions into account.
- Communicate delivery status in real time via the company’s mobile application, confirming receipt with the customer and capturing electronic signatures when required.
- Report any incidents, delays, or obstacles (e.g., traffic jams, road closures, vehicle issues) promptly to the operations supervisor so that alternative arrangements can be made.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the motorbike, ensuring that the vehicle complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist with occasional on‑site customer service tasks, such as answering basic product queries or guiding customers to nearby pickup locations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies regarding documentation, data privacy, and handling of fragile or high‑value items.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 45 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for our delivery application.
- Clean appearance: no visible tattoos or piercings that could affect professional presentation.
- Strong sense of time management, with the ability to meet tight delivery windows.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting politely with customers and internal teams.
- Basic literacy in reading maps, addresses, and using mobile navigation tools.
- Physical stamina to load and unload packages of varying weight throughout the shift.
