- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering recommendations, and ensuring a memorable café experience.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and reconcile daily sales reports with attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist in ordering supplies to prevent stock shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing wait times.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting routine checks and following proper food handling procedures.
- Continuously develop barista skills through training sessions, staying updated on emerging coffee trends and new brewing techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in coffee arts are a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in daily tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Resilience to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
