Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments, verifying both quantity and physical condition of each item.
- Cross‑check goods against accompanying documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists to ensure complete compliance.
- Coordinate driver schedules, confirming that each vehicle departs with the correct cargo and adheres to planned routes.
- Prepare and stage items for dispatch, guaranteeing that required stock is readily available for timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records of stock movements using warehouse management software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Generate daily and weekly inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies, shrinkage, or any irregularities for supervisory review.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, ensuring aisles are clear and storage locations are properly labeled.
- Liaise with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to product availability or documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities during peak periods or when additional manpower is required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management that support overall warehouse operations, including participation in periodic stocktakes.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse checking or similar logistics role; prior experience as a checker is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in basic administration, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and achieving performance targets.
- Willingness to work overtime when operational demands require it.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting tasks.
