Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every customer, present menu options, and provide accurate information about ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
- Take orders efficiently using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, ensure correct customization, and confirm order details before processing.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, issue receipts, and reconcile the register at shift end.
- Prepare and assemble menu items following Kebab Dara & Cokoteh’s quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitization of counters, equipment, and dining tables in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report low stock, and assist with restocking shelves and storage areas.
- Upsell complementary products such as beverages, sides, and desserts to increase average transaction value.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in shift briefings, follow safety protocols, and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
