Responsibilities
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) terminals, electronic data capture (EDC) devices, and manage cash drawers with zero discrepancies.
- Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel and Word.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, answering product inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing deposits for banking.
- Assist in inventory counts, restocking shelves, and ensuring that promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Prepare basic menu items such as soto and sop according to standard recipes, supporting the kitchen during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and management to improve workflow and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially when handling food items.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new POS features, promotional campaigns, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years (maximum 28).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of experience as a cashier in retail, restaurant, or similar fast‑service environment.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers, EDC machines, and basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities; capable of multitasking during busy periods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic culinary skill to prepare soto and sop when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including occasional overtime.
- High level of loyalty, integrity, and commitment to the company’s values.
- Willingness to be stationed in Karawang and commute daily.
