Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residences to conduct on‑site collection of overdue credit instalments.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the management team, balancing efficiency with compliance.
- Meet daily visitation quotas, planning routes to maximise coverage and minimise travel time.
- Follow established collection procedures, documenting interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlements when appropriate, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Provide feedback to the credit department regarding common payment challenges and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized record of all collection activities, receipts, and customer communications.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and technology tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Package C accepted).
- Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
- Valid and active motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field work.
- Own an Android smartphone (minimum Android 9) for using our mobile collection app.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Self‑discipline and ability to work independently under target‑driven environments.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital documentation tools.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in field collection or a related sales/collections role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate high motivation.
