To expand our multidisciplinary team, we are seeking a motivated Staf Klinik serta Terapis Perilaku Kesehatan Mental to join our clinic in Indramayu. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with families, collaborate with qualified psychologists, and contribute to the holistic development of young clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial behavioural assessments and screening interviews with children and their caregivers.
- Develop individualized therapy plans under the supervision of senior psychologists, focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and anxiety reduction.
- Facilitate one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions, employing play‑based techniques, cognitive‑behavioural strategies, and family‑centred interventions.
- Document session notes, progress reports, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards and data‑privacy regulations.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, pediatricians, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to each child’s development.
- Participate in weekly case‑review meetings, contributing insights and receiving feedback to continuously improve therapeutic efficacy.
- Assist in organising community outreach programs, workshops, and parent‑education seminars that promote mental‑health awareness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child‑friendly therapy environment, preparing materials and equipment for each session.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the primary posting targets female candidates aged 22‑27 to align with client comfort preferences.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with children and families.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset; must be eager to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to be stationed in Indramayu and travel to the secondary office in Cirebon as needed.
