Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Ekspor Impor to join our dynamic logistics team in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of export and import documentation, maintaining compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting our customers and vendors through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational foundation, at least one year of relevant experience, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify all export‑import documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and government agencies to resolve documentation queries and ensure timely shipments.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical archives of all trade documents, guaranteeing easy retrieval for audits and internal reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports on shipment status, customs clearance timelines, and any discrepancies that arise during processing.
  • Assist the logistics manager with ad‑hoc administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and updating SOPs.
  • Monitor changes in Indonesian export‑import regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized trade software to streamline workflow and improve data accuracy.
  • Support the development of continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying bottlene‑points and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 (any major) with a strong academic record.
  • At least 1 year of experience in export‑import administration, customs documentation, or related logistics functions.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high accuracy in data entry, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with trade management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and governmental bodies.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kabupaten Bogor, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑17:30.
  • Relevant soft skills: problem‑solving, time management, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
