Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Strategic Growth Lead to join our fast‑growing organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with regional revenue targets and corporate growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on high‑value accounts.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and maximize market penetration.
- Utilize VHP (Virtual Hospitality Platform) to showcase product capabilities, conduct virtual demos, and streamline the sales cycle.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership review.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and facilitating professional development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards throughout all sales activities.
- Travel as needed across the region, using a valid SIM A driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Familiarity with VHP or comparable virtual sales platforms is essential.
- Fluent English – both written and verbal – to communicate effectively with international partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a positive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) for regional travel and client site visits.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
