Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Student Advisor to join our growing team at the Medan Campus (Regional) of Sparks Early Education. This role is the front‑line liaison for families exploring our preschool programs, guiding them from initial curiosity through a smooth enrollment journey. The position is based in the JABODETABEK region, with a Monday‑Saturday schedule (09:00‑17:00) and occasional weekend events.
Our mission is to inspire confidence in parents and excitement in children as they embark on their earliest learning experiences. As a Preschool Student Advisor, you will be the warm, welcoming face of our institution, helping families take the first step in their child’s educational path.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective families through phone calls, email outreach, social media, community events, and school fairs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Conduct personalized campus tours, host open‑house events, and present detailed program information that showcases our curriculum and philosophy.
- Guide families through every step of the enrollment process, including application completion, documentation verification, and payment scheduling.
- Build lasting relationships with parents, encouraging word‑of‑mouth referrals and nurturing long‑term community ties.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align outreach campaigns with enrollment goals, and with Teaching staff to ensure accurate program representation.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating contact information, interaction notes, and status of each prospect.
- Provide feedback to program directors regarding common parental concerns, market trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on early childhood education best practices and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field (minimum S1).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or educational consulting; experience in early childhood education is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven sales and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Flexibility to work weekends for special events, open houses, and parent workshops.
- Passion for early childhood development and a genuine desire to help families make informed educational choices.
