We are currently seeking a motivated Supervisor MEP – Pengawas Mekanikal, Elektrikal, dan Plumbing to join our dynamic field team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that MEP installations are executed flawlessly, on schedule, and in strict compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Field Supervision: Oversee daily MEP works, verifying that all activities align with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee workmanship meets industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Team Coordination: Direct and monitor the performance of laborers, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering clear communication and efficient task allocation.
- Progress Tracking: Prepare and update daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, variances, and corrective actions.
- Material & Equipment Control: Track the consumption of materials and utilization of tools, ensuring optimal inventory levels and preventing waste.
- Schedule Management: Collaborate with project planners to keep the MEP schedule synchronized with other trades, mitigating delays.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management and client review.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical issues on‑site, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement swift corrective measures to maintain workflow continuity.
- Decision Making: Exercise sound judgment in urgent situations, balancing safety, cost, and schedule considerations.
- Mobility: Remain flexible to work at multiple project locations as required, adapting to varying site conditions and schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in supervising MEP works on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction tools, material availability analysis, project cost control, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a track record of decisive actions under pressure.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during critical phases.
- Physical fitness to conduct site inspections and move across varied terrain.
