We are seeking an enthusiastic In‑house Employee Development Coach to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs that address both technical competencies and soft‑skill development.
- Conduct needs‑analysis surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions, ensuring content relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to align training initiatives with business objectives and succession planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions through assessments, feedback forms, and performance metrics, then refine programs accordingly.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, e‑learning modules, and resource libraries.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to employees, helping them set realistic development goals and track progress.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and coordination of external trainers when needed.
- Act as a role model for continuous learning by staying current with industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in employee training, coaching, or instructional design.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent teamwork abilities as well as the capacity to work independently and take initiative.
- Resilience and composure when working under pressure and meeting tight timelines.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic multimedia editing tools.
