As a Sales Advisor you will be the friendly face of our stores, guiding customers through the latest electronics and gadgets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert product recommendations on smartphones, laptops, accessories, and other consumer electronics.
- Demonstrate product features, conduct hands‑on trials, and answer technical questions in clear, non‑technical language.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new product launches, promotional offers, and industry trends to advise customers accurately.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and closing techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Process transactions using POS systems, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate inventory documentation.
- Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the store manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 28 years (no strict upper limit for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or gadget retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and a solid understanding of current electronic devices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday, 08:30‑17:00).
- Willingness to be assigned to any of our locations: Topsell Bhayangkara, Topsell Anggrek Sooko, or Topsell Pohjejer.
- Active police clearance (SKCK) or ability to obtain one promptly.
