Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers aboard, verify tickets, and guide them to their seats with a friendly demeanor.
- Conduct pre‑trip safety checks, including emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first‑aid kits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Provide clear announcements regarding stops, safety procedures, and any service updates in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as the elderly, children, or those requiring mobility support, ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cabin, promptly addressing spills, litter, or any hazardous conditions.
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate serious issues to the supervisor while preserving a calm and courteous attitude.
- Monitor onboard behavior to prevent disturbances, enforce seatbelt usage, and ensure adherence to the company’s code of conduct.
- Collaborate closely with drivers, dispatchers, and fellow attendants to coordinate schedules, report incidents, and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Document daily activities, incident reports, and passenger feedback using the company’s management system.
- Participate in regular training sessions on first aid, customer service, and safety protocols to keep skills current.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of service excellence and a genuine passion for traveling.
- Ability to remain motion‑sick‑free and comfortable during long road trips.
- Presentable appearance and professional grooming standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude and a customer‑centric mindset.
- High integrity and a commitment to honesty in all interactions.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Willingness to be posted at any location as required by operational needs.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
