Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, initiate outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, manage live‑chat sessions, and engage with customers on social media platforms. Greet each customer warmly and provide accurate, complete information.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues, assess needs, and deliver timely solutions. Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with new orders, modifications, and tracking. Address billing questions, process refunds, and handle product exchanges efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Document every interaction, transaction, comment, and complaint in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval for future reference.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product features, promotional offers, and policy changes. Communicate benefits and usage tips to customers clearly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions, record them systematically, and relay actionable insights to the product and operations teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post‑purchase support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices with peers, and contribute ideas for enhancing service processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or contact‑center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, patience, and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high‑volume setting.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering swift, accurate resolutions.
